If you are needing a lock for the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ Low-Profile Latch, part # BD028287, and a lock for the hitch receiver on your vehicle that are keyed alike you can use the Deadbolt brand lock.

I have a solution for you. the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock, # FA86-0015-307, will fit 1-7/8, 2, and 2-5/16 inch trailer couplers.
The Fastway locks are constructed of a hardened, chrome and nickel plated steel. The tube key lock makes it harder for thieves to try to pick and anti-drill pin will discourage trying to drill out the lock.

Yes, we do have the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock part # BLTL-34, for a 2-5/16" coupler, in a size that is compatible with both 2" and 1-7/8" trailer couplers. This is found on our site as part # BLTL-38 and comes with 2 keys.

Currently the Bulldog Easy Access Coupler Lock # BD580409 is our only coupler lock that has at least the 3-5/8" span you are needing for your surge coupler. They do not offer this with a matching 2-1/2" hitch receiver lock. I recommend getting the Fastway Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # FA86-00-3160 with the Bulldog lock above as they both use different style keys so you will not confuse the 2 different locks. You certainly can, just order 4 of part # FA86-0015-312, which will get you 4 of the Fastway Maximum Security Universal Trailer Coupler Locks keyed to key number 312. The lock is compatible with couplers for 1-7/8, 2 or 2-5/16 inch trailer balls.
The # FA86-0015-315 lock you'd looked at is keyed to key number 315, so it wouldn't use your desired key.

I believe what you're looking for is the Blaylock EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2", and 2-5/16" Couplers # BLTL-33-40D. This has the TL 33 and then what I could find on the TL 45 is that it's the same part as the circular padlock on this coupler lock. This has an aluminum construction so it will hold up really well to the elements and it fits a wide variety of couplers on the market.
